Uulefone Be Touch 2, with all its iPhone-like appearance, front Fingerprint Scanner, Full HD display and 8-core 64-bit SoC, has become one of the most popular Chinese mobile phones so far. So popular that its factory seems not able to fulfill the orders placed within two weeks.
The two rounds of “snap-up” events in June and earlier July plus prevailing advertisements definitely have caught considerable attention from the Internet to the Be Touch 2. And now ulefone is trapped in a bitter sweet dilemma. For one thing, they are happy to see their products so welcomed, for another thing, they can’t establish as huge a factory as Foxconn overnight to deliver ordered phones on time and melt users’ anger that may burn the brand to death.
According to an official announcement ulefone posted on its Facebook page, though their Be Touch 2 production line can now put out 3,000 devices a day as a result of enlarged capacity, the can merely fulfilled the order placed before July 14 this month. So we can imagine how hot this model has grown so far.
To somewhat redeem the faiths of buyers who have been waiting so long, Ulefone even vowed to give each of them USD10 refund and a free tempered-glass protector as compensation if they failed to realize their promise about delivery.
Well, hope all who have ordered ulefone Be Touch 2 will receive their package as early as possible, otherwise, a USD10 refund plus tempered glass compensation sounds not too bad.
